Snagit for MAC!

I use Snagit on my iMac when I want more than a screen capture. You can use it to make a copy of something of interest, then draw attention to the parts you want to show off with customizable arrows, colorful speech bubbles, unique stamps, and more. This is also a good way to support your favorite websites. When you find an error code “Snagit” and let the webmaster know about so they can fix it. I Want a Screen Shot of That!

Cut and Paste Tip with Screen Print When I first started using a computer (PC) there were times I wanted to get a picture of what I was looking at and copy it onto good old paper. Yes, PAPER, I still love paper, it is just wonderful stuff to me. I quickly learned how to copy and paste text into my word processor. Eventually, I learned that right on my keyboard was a shortcut key that allowed me to make a copy of my screen as a graphic. There is key dedicated to assisting you with printing the screen. Snipping Tool is Cool!

If you are not familiar with Snipping Tool, it is an application included in Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Experience Pack for Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005. It was originally released as a powertoy for the Tablet PC launch on November 7, 2002. The program is a screen-capture tool that allows taking screenshots (called snips) of an open window, rectangular areas, a free-form area, or the entire screen. Snips can then be annotated using a mouse or a tablet, saved as an image file (PNG, GIF, or JPEG file) or an HTML page, or e-mailed (Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snipping_Tool).
