This class will focus on records available in local repositories including courthouses, cemeteries, libraries, and more. You will learn about the laws that require records to be created, preserved and made available for use. Learning the difference between public and private repositories and how to access the records.
This class is valuable as there similar repositories throughout this country and the world that you will need to know about to successfully research your family history.
We will meet at the County Courthouse and caravan from one repository to another during this session.
