You are welcome to bring your laptop (PC) and follow along with the presentation. (Software is available for purchase online or during the Retreat in the exhibit area.)

(All Levels) Learn the principles of research that assist in correctly identifying and documenting your family history. Make sure you are not climbing the wrong tree! Beginners and Experienced researchers will increase their research skills as they implement and follow the principles of fundamental research.

 
3:00 pm : Goals to Focus Your Research

(All Levels) This class will help you prioritize your time and efforts as you begin a research project. Once you have a list of possible research objectives, you can then arrange the appropriate order for research.
