James was an intelligence officer during the Vietnam War, has a BA Degree in Spanish, a Masters Degree in Linguistics from the University of Utah, and a JD Degree in Law from Arizona State University.

9:00 am : Discovering Important Church Records Collections at the Family History Library and the BYU Family History Library

(Experienced) This class will focus on special collections of Church records held by the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Brigham Young University Libraries in Provo, Utah. How to locate them and how to use them. It will also discuss the importance of searching for these types of records in other special collections at private and university libraries.

(Experienced) This class will focus on how Church Records were indexed in the IGI.
